What makes our program unique?

We are more than a stroll in the park! FIT4MOM of Fullerton and Brea, California is the premiere stroller fitness program in the area. We offer a complete head to toe total body workout, led by specially trained instructors, who are moms just like you. The best part is that your baby(ies) comes along for the ride and you both get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. During the workout our instructors incorporate interaction with your child through songs, counting, learning ABC's and color recognition.

In addition, our program also offers Our Village that consists of weekly playgroups, mom's night out activities and special community events. Find Our Village activities on our website!
